The multi-family residential building in Berlin-Niederschönhausen accommodates 12 apartments of different sizes across three full storeys and two attic levels. The building combines a compact urban footprint with a variety of living spaces, including accessible apartments and a shared connection to the rear garden.
The two attic levels are set back within the steeply sloping roof profile, shaping the building’s silhouette while maintaining a clear architectural form. A basement garage, accessed by a car lift, allows the rear garden to remain a shared outdoor space for residents. Through its restrained form and functional layout, the project creates a contemporary residential environment that responds to the urban context and the diverse needs of its inhabitants.
